Meet Ayesha

A young leader, athlete, and scholar inspiring others through her journey. She has led her school volleyball team to regional and state finals, Co-authored an anti-bullying book, and mentors young leaders in her community. Ayesha's story is one of growth, courage, and impact.

GemClub: Empowering Young Learners

Along with my sister, I co-founded Think Myno, an anti-bullying and leadership initiative focused on creating kinder, safer spaces for children. Through workshops, discussions, and interactive sessions, we help students understand empathy, respect, and how to respond to bullying.

As part of Think Myno, we run a Leadership Training Project, mentoring young students to develop confidence, communication skills, and positive decision-making. Our book, Big Bully Person Behind the Mask, grew out of this mission — using storytelling to help children recognise bullying, build resilience, and know they are not alone.

Think Myno: From Conversation to Action

My sister and I are launching our podcast, Young Voices, Big Impact, in early 2026. The podcast focuses on leadership, anti-bullying, and the real challenges faced by primary school children.

Through open conversations and storytelling, we aim to give young people a voice and help them feel heard, understood, and empowered. The podcast extends our work through Think Myno, inspiring confidence and positive change in young listeners.

Young Voices, Big Impact

My sister and I run a Book Club at home where friends gather to read books, discuss ideas, participate in writing challenges, and give constructive feedback to one another. The club creates a welcoming space for creativity, collaboration, and shared learning - a place where stories come to life and young writers grow together.

My passion for writing started early. In 2019, when I was in Prep, one of my stories was published in the Knox City Council magazine. This experience inspired me to continue writing and storytelling, setting the foundation for co-authoring my first book and pursuing creative projects ever since.

Where My Writing Journey Began

Every weekend, I volunteer alongside my family - mum, dad, and little sister - helping to prepare and distribute meals to people experiencing homelessness in the city. I also support initiatives that provide school uniforms to children in need.

These experiences have taught me empathy, gratitude, and the importance of consistent service. They remind me that meaningful change starts with small acts of kindness.
